Move-in pricing
£45 normal site move-in.
Managed WordPress move-in is £45 fixed price for one normal site under 10GB. A shop or membership site is £80. Before work starts, Martin needs administrator access to the old host, DNS access and a recent backup if the old host is unstable.
Lead times
Usually within 2 working hours.
New hosting is usually provisioned within 2 working hours during opening hours, and always within 1 working day unless a domain transfer is waiting on the old provider. Transfers usually take 1 to 5 days. Scheduled migrations are normally booked Tuesday to Thursday where possible.
Work turned away
No trouble rented by the month.
- No bulk email platforms or cold outreach infrastructure.
- No adult, gambling, weapons, fake pharmacy or copyright-infringing sites.
- No crypto token launches and no anonymous accounts.
- No unmanaged VPS or root-access server rental.
- No website design projects from scratch; TantaHost will host, migrate and maintain, but is not a design agency.
- No promise to repair hacked sites that are not being moved onto TantaHost hosting afterwards.
Seasonal note
Christmas week I do check the monitors, but I am not booking migrations while the house is full and the kettle is never off. If your renewal lands between 24 December and 2 January, email me before the 18th and I will get it squared away.
