Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.
Saturday 10:00 to 13:00 is for booked domain and email changes only. Closed Sundays and bank holidays. Urgent hosting faults for existing customers are monitored 08:00 to 22:00 every day.

There is no contact form and no ticket maze. Email the problem or the thing you are trying to buy, and you will get a straight reply from the person doing the work.
Location
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
Remote first. On-site visits for DNS, email and handover work are available within 18 miles of Nottingham city centre by appointment. Visits are £55 for the first hour and £35 per hour after.
First email checklist
Send enough to avoid three slow replies.
- Domain
The domain name you need hosted, moved, renewed or repaired.
- Current host
The present provider if you know it. Guessing is fine if that is all you have.
- Problem or job
What is broken, what needs moving, or which plan you think fits.
- Deadline
Renewal date, launch date or the day the old provider closes the account.
- Email impact
Say whether mailboxes are affected. Email faults change the order of work.
Seasonal note
Christmas week I do check the monitors, but I am not booking migrations while the house is full and the kettle is never off. If your renewal lands between 24 December and 2 January, email me before the 18th and I will get it squared away.
For planned moves, earlier is kinder to everyone. Domain transfers can take 1 to 5 days and old providers do not always answer quickly. Monthly hosting is paid in advance with no set-up fee. Annual hosting invoices are due within 14 days.
